Even the shiny new version of Microsoft Paint in Windows 7 isn't the best image tool around... and we're obsessed with photo tools. So we bring you another one this week: PhotoFiltre! Along with a standard set of image editing tools... this no nonsense app sports a number of features usually found in pay software like filters, image effects, batch processing, auto levels and auto contrast.
