Short answer is no. AVI is a very simple container, and it can't even hold subtitle tracks, much less extra file info. You might have better luck with MP4 or M4V, but I've never tried, so I have no clue.

I had a similar experience when my GF (now wife) mailed me a floppy with a copy of Mosaic on it (she was a grad student on foreign exchange to a US university) and told me to fire it up. I might still have that disc around here somewhere ...

File sharing

you could also simply download and install a good torrent client like Utorrent.

Create a torrent (very simple) and make sure you tick the private torrent tick box in the right after you select the folder or file for the torrent (files you wish to share)..

Then you should be able to simply send the .torrent file you created earlier to the person or persons you wish to send these files too, you could email them the torrent link.

they should then be able to use any popular torrent client and download the file directly from you, if you cant upload the file too him in one go you can pause and resume no problem.

All you have to do is have a torrent client running with dht enabled (highly recommend Utorrent)..

Once in the habit of using torrent`s to share large or even small files amongst friends or family it can be a really great way of getting your files to the people you wish to have them.

Perhaps not the most simple method of doing what you want but it is a great system for those who want to use it and don't mind learning a very small amount along the way ;)

Creating Tutorial Videos (Help)

Well this is sort of tricky because I believe it's going to be a bit more difficult than you first imagined. Also, I don't know about camcorders so maybe someone else can help you with that.

1. Easiest editing software is iMovie, the best for Windows is Adobe Premiere (my preference anyways)
2. SUPER
3. Ask the business' IT or web guy
4. Yes, use the presets for ipod in SUPER

Yay. Still waiting ... need a price, but I'll be picking one up as soon as its released. Well, maybe within a week or so - Crackberry addicts aren't rabid fanbois like Apple users ... we enjoy our sleep and have better things to do that stand in line for 10 hours FOR A FREAKING CELLPHONE.

Only downside I see currently is the lack of Wifi, but to be honest using EVDO is pretty damn quick anyway. Not Wifi speed, but certainly DSL (and many hotspots are connected via DSL ... so you are getting the "net throughput speed", just a slower connection to the AP).

Unfortunately you have to take any positive results with insecure routers with a grain of salt. My defective card could sustain a connection without encryption on any router, but as soon as encryption was involved it would stop connecting and just say "identifying" until it gave up. Eventually it got to the point of not being able to successfully connect to any router under any conditions, but that took awhile.
