Portal 2 was released last week, and we've been playing up a storm, just like the rest of the internet, as evidenced by this email that's been making the rounds, but has since been proven fake. Your iOS device is keeping track of your movements, storing cell phone tower locations attached to timestamps. Michigan police have been using "data extraction devices" that can download all the information on your phone including text messages, GPS data and more. And BlackBerry's PlayBook can only access email and BBM when it's connected to a BlackBerry phone... except AT&T is blocking that very connection! GAH! Fortunately, there is a workaround.
