In this episode of Tekzilla, we check out how to boot straight to the Windows 8 desktop, how to play Google Play music on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch and discuss whether netbooks have died out.
See just how good Windows 8 performs and we show you how to skip straight to the Windows 8 desktop. Then, learn how to play Google Music on your iOS device and hear whether or not the netbook is on its last legs. Plus, see just how hard a T-Rex tries to do everyday things we take for granted!

In case we didn't make it clear last week.. it's easy to skip Windows 8's Metro start screen and boot straight to the Windows desktop. We explain how easy it is using Classic Shell in the video!
Mark writes, "I currently have my music collection of 4000 + songs in the Google Play Cloudand I can access those songs from my Android devices, Windows PC, and iMac. But as far as I can see, there isn't a way to stream them on my iTouch." We've got some simple -and free- ways Mark can stream Google Play Music on an iPod Touch, iPad or iPhone without spending a dime!
Loyd Case from PC World drops by to point out the Windows 8 features you should be excited about and why Windows 8 seems to perform better than Windows 7 on the same hardware. Plus he shows off a new Touch Screen monitor from Acer that's perfect for anyone looking to upgrade to Windows 8.
The T-Rex was the king of the dinosaurs, and yet there are some things that even he... with all his awesome might... couldn't do. T-Rex Trying, this week's "Website We Just Can't Get Enough of!" is tumblr blog that showcases some of the normal for us, yet impossible for T-Rex everyday activities. Learn more in the video!
Cordell is having bookmark... issues. He uses XP Professional and Ubuntu on multiple machines, runs the Firefox browser and writes "I would like to sync my favorites across all of them. Is there a way to do this either in Firefox or with the third-party program?" Absolutely! Veronica shows you how to sync bookmarks inside Firefox, talks how Chrome will sync bookmarks using your Google account, and Patrick mentions his fave tool Xmarks, which syncs bookmarks across IE, Safari, Chrome and Firefox!
Bobby "was reading a article on ZDNet suggesting that Netbooks are dead" and says, "Personally I disagree, I still use my Lenovo S10 when I travel. I feel you can't do everything as easily as you can on a computer. Installing Ubuntu on it gave new life, and they're just as small or smaller than an iPad but can do more than an iPad can. It's still the perfect traveling (perfect for food trays on planes) and a great school computer". He's wondering what the Tekzilla crew thinks... so we talk netbooks in the video!
