Awesome editing of the 24 hour game-a-thon Mike. The time lapse from the camera sitting in the corner of the room + the on camera moments worked out great. From someone who donated and was in the ustream chatroom for several hours of this (and even made it into the quick chatroom shot in the episode :D) this was really fun to watch, especially with the background music during Jeff's LAN party monologue and "kitten that can't stay awake" Dan. Du Hast!

Oh and LMAO at Dan's melty "He chose...poorly" face.

Sleepy Dan was both hilarious and adorable in equal measure. I'm sure women's hearts across the world will melt when they see that footage.

Great episode guys!

I'm glad to hear you guys discovered Cutthroat Caverns. It is easily my favorite "take that" style game. I love the cooperative/competitive nature and it actually has a definite end to it unlike other games in the genre. Lots of fun, figured you guys would love it. How can you go wrong with a game about killstealing?

@Dreaded Gazebo: You must face the Gazebo... ALONE!

As always, great episode. The 24-hour gaming was a really good segment, and the time lapse was quite fun to see all the different games they played go by so quickly. I loved that Dan was so clearly out of it, and yet in the segment afterward he says "I could have played for another 24 hours"... so funny. I understand what he really means, but still, funny.

I actually had no idea what what Gentlemen Broncos was until their review, and I must say I'm quite interested in seeing it now that I know more about it. I loved Napoleon Dynamite!

New Super Mario Bros. looked really fun, but again, would only be good in a group or party situation. Not sure how good it would be single player. Torchlight looked interesting, but they totally nailed it. After playing Borderlands, any game that doesn't have such good co-op, it's almost not worth playing. But if it's so closely tied to Diablo, I'm shocked that it doesn't have a co-op/multiplayer aspect, because that was the coolest part when I played Diablo 2. Starting up a game with your friends and ripping it up gang style!

There's going to be an MMO based on the game coming out later. I think the single player game was really just a way to fund further development. I read that it is going to be free to play, much like what Mythos was.

Mythos? Sorry, I'm clearly not up to date on MMOs. But the problem there is I dislike playing with strangers because of the high frequency of jerks. UO was filled with PKs and it ruined all MMOs for me. I only play with friends. Co-op, or no-op.... ugh, I already wish I hadn't said that :P
