Are you kidding me??
Dude are you riding the drug train of OPC (Over Political Correctness)? If you have been watching as long as I have it obviously was joke or did the fact that Dan is Jewish escape you?
So it takes place in Africa..So what? I mean did you pay attention to his statement?
”It seems a lot less racist this time with a lot more white zombies.”
Just because your game play takes place in a particular geographic location doesn’t mean it should be biased toward one particular ethnicity for collateral damage. His statement whether a joke or not is simply alluding to an overlooked epidemic in the video gaming industry due to so much development taking place overseas. If you really analyze (and if you chose to open your eyes) you can see the history of certain franchises skewing their victims to one culture or another. Even the GTA franchise, while being one of the few to balance out collateral damage equally, still places stereotypical iconic references in their games when it comes to different ethnicities.
Sorry rsk_taker...while Jeff may have been making lite of controversy this issue actual isn't unfounded and does exist. Not large scale mind you but it does. Over the years as gamers we have just tuned out because it is and should always be about having fun.
Let's not forget we only have one race..HUMAN so why is the most inappropriate word used to describe different "cultures" or "ethnic" groups? Hypocracy simple.

the show was great. sucks that you guys cant record any footage. its funny with the caption "gameplay not allowed to be recorded =(" saw it too many times, but it's still funny. sucks that the industry wouldnt let you guys do it. you guys try your best to described the experience as best as possible, and you guys get to bring garnett into the mix is really good. thanks guys. =)
i dont know if its a good idea to film the show outdoors all the time since the background noise would have killed the momentum of the show. i remember the london episode is like that. its a fun show, but it's really hard for steve to edit it without breaking the flow because of the sound.
well another great show. i listened to the 3hr 1up yours. it was great to hear fuys form the industry kick back and relax and just chat. it was awesome. =)

Dude, relax. Jeff was making reference to the little bit of controversy generated by that. Yes, we here all know it is unfounded, but that doesn't mean people can't reference the fact that it did create a little frenzy. Dip your head in cold water, lol.
And Wes, totally agree, tons of great looking stuff coming out, its a pretty exciting time for movies/tv/games all around with what we saw at comic con as well!

To begin, once I've calmed down I still believe the intro is one of their most creative. HELP! lol
"Great job as always guys! Can't wait for the Comic Con coverage!

RE: American Teen
I've been out of high school for more than three years now, and I suppose that fits into the question as to how people who are closer to that "age" feel about things like this. To make it quick, I tend not to like it. I've never been bitten by the High School drama BS that is fed to us by MTV and E!, so this really isn't too different. I've lived it, it hasn't changed much in this amount of time... But meh. I still miss High School, don't get me wrong, I just don't like reliving my memories presented to me in a MTV-approved wrapper."
I totally agree.
That movie is trying to be a docu-Breakfast Club. In Indiana?! How about add some color to that picture. I hate seeing all these movies and shows that try to be relatable to one demographic. I already despise that open-mouthed gum chewer as the cliche "heartthrob".
Thanks for not recommending that movie. Sick E3 coverage!

I always like the field trip episodes. As a fashion comment: Good choice by Danny on the Carpiltunnelizer, and Jeff on Alpha Battle. If Alex did Dignation the day before was he getting an extra day out of his shirt? ..maybe a little gamey for a gamer? ;)

And The Devil's Playground is amazing.

Agreed. I grew up in Amish country, and I honestly had no idea this kinda stuff was happening quite literally right in my back yard.

I really want to see American Teen but it's only opening in 5 theatres across North America. WTF? Originally I had heard it was supposed to open wide. Oh well, I guess I shouldn't be surprised...
