Not only was it short, but it seemed like the last 20 minutes was just sponsors and BS.

The 'wind down' segment of the show does seem to be getting longer.

I mean, we hear the sponsers at the beginning of the show, do we really need five minutes of verbal shilling at the end? Especially when you could use that time for a new 'Dan becomes a Man'.

A live TRS?!?! Please, please, please be in the vicinity of Toronto.. (although I know it would NEVER happen)

As for 08, I say Dark Knight and Smash Bros are most exciting.
And the intro was a bit uncomfortable... Dan's a good director but he doesn't make a good Lois Lane.

Short one, but a good one. Even though the last segment is perhaps a bit too long (little over 25% of the show).

I just bought Guitar Hero 3 for the PC, can't wait to try it. It included a guitar, but you can use the keyboard as well, has anyone tried this?

I know after my recent holiday vacation I came back to work and took it easy for the first week back.... just to cut the guys some slack.

i am happy that they addressed their randomness in the Top 5 TV picks of 2007, although I am already through the first season of Avatar after watching the last episode of 2007.... so maybe they weren't completely random.

ninja edit: i went back to play some Guitar Hero III with my brother over the holidays and it pales in comparison to Rock Band now-a-days. Rock Band's downloadable content and track list is too much fun when compared to the GH series. I did try to play it by myself last night and it was kind of boring.

Aside from having it played at our place with 4 people IRL, if offers so much more online than GH3.... like having 3 friends all over the US and jamming out with ALL 3 at the same time online is SO MUCH FUN..... except you can't hear the singer's voice over the online game, which kind of sucks, but other than that, it's great.
