Borat took the world by storm, but Bruno was less successful. Now Sacha Baron Cohen is back with another outrageous character, this time in a fully scripted comedy. It certainly has the over-the-top gross-out humor, and envelope-pushing material, but do Dan, Jeff, and Alex think The Dictator rules?
