This is an overview of the Western Digital Caviar Green 3 Terabyte SATA III 64 MB Cache hard drive. I picked up 2 of these drives for use as storage/backup in the Ultimate Gaming PC for 2012. See what I think about this set up!

The WD Green drives work great for storage/backup - they run cool and quiet. I'll be configuring these 2 WD Green drives in a RAID 1 (Mirrored) which will provide data redundancy.
