After making several splashes over the past seven years as Four Tet, Kieran Hebden was looking for something new. Enter respected jazz drummer Steve Reid. Hebden and Reid teamed up for a series of collaborations which revolutionized the way both musicians worked.

I like what he is doing mixing what seems like impromptu drumming with electronic minimal. Also, I like his focus on that its a show and at the same time a jam session for the people to enjoy. To me thats brilliant, you can almost compare it to Girl Talk shows only his is more scripted based on the hardware and stuff he uses. People are just their to have a good time I suppose.
